If you’re hoping to make your New Year’s resolutions stick, try this tool with your positive affirmations.  Something about combining the message while crossing over between right and left brain hemispheres adds extra “oomph” to affirmations.
You can apply this Integration Exercise to any affirmation.  Just state in a positive way the aspect that you’d like to embody.  (Do not say:  I won’t be so judgmental about my body anymore.  Do say:  I accept my body with love and gratitude, and experience harmony and health each day.)
