I use a combination of “natural” and classical methods in a gentle step-by-step progression so that the horse can find the answer and build confidence. The natural methods employ body language the horse can understand, and the classical methods help the horse to move in balance. By using a gradual and thorough approach I can help a horse to find success without being overwhelmed and confused.
I work with each horse as an individual, figuring out what he/she needs and how I can best help them. I enjoy sharing the progress of each horse with their owner by staying in close communication, so that the owner can learn more about their horse and be involved in what we are working on.

“Mustang Challenge Style” intense training package (riding or driving)
For starting untrained horses or tuning up and finishing work
- Horse gets 9-10 sessions per week (often 2 times per day)
- Includes 3 lessons for you with your horse before you take him/her home
- Includes 2 sessions videotaped of your horse in training, viewable on You Tube
- $1,320 per month includes training and board
- Minimum 60 days commitment
“Solid Foundation” training package (riding or driving)
For untrained horses to learn riding or driving
- Horse gets 5-6 sessions per week
- Horse owner invited to observe any and all sessions
- Includes 3 lessons for you with your horse before you take him/her home
- Includes 2 sessions videotaped of your horse in training, viewable on You Tube
- $820 per month includes training and board
- Minimum 60 days commitment for riding, 90 days for driving
“Consistency and Conditioning” training package (riding or driving)
For finishing work and conditioning horses that have been trained or started
- Horse gets 5-6 sessions per week
- Horse owner invited to observe any and all sessions
- Includes 3 lessons for you with your horse before you take him/her home
- Includes 2 sessions videotaped of your horse in training, viewable on You Tube
- $820 per month includes training and board
- Minimum 45 days commitment
“The Tune-Up” training package (riding or driving)
For horses that have been trained or started
- Lighter workload, focused to help with specific elements of training
- Professional quality “miles” for when horse owner is too busy to put in the time
- Horse gets 4 sessions per week
- Horse owner invited to watch any and all sessions
- Includes 1 lesson with your horse before you take him/her home
- Includes 1 session videotaped of your horse in training, viewable on You Tube
- $720 per month includes training and board
- Minimum 30 days commitment
“Kindergarten for 2 Year Olds”
Groundwork and halter training for handling or showing, building confidence and manners for young horses
- Gentle introduction to concepts including saddling, bitting, as far as horse is ready to prepare for his full training next year
- Helps owners to interact more safely and enjoy their young horse without spoiling him/her
- Horse gets 4-5 sessions per week (sometimes broken into two shorter sessions for attention span)
- Horse owner invited to observe any and all sessions with horse
- Includes 3 lessons for you with your horse before you take him/her home
- Includes 3 sessions videotaped of your horse in training, viewable on You Tube
- $670 per month includes training and board
- Miminum 30 days commitment
